ART AT MEADOW

Meadow has always been a place for more than just tucking into delicious food. Alongside the kitchen and café, art and creativity sit side by side, and every few months we welcome a new Artist in Residence to make Meadow their creative home.

Whether you are dining with us, dropping in for coffee or simply passing by, you'll be immersed in their world: their work displayed throughout the building and our upstairs gallery room, with the chance to meet the artist, watch them at work, discuss their practice and buy pieces directly. A few months, one artist, an ever-changing experience for everyone who walks through our doors.

CURRENT ARTIST IN RESIDENCE: Pascale Cumberbatch

Pascale Cumberbatch is a British-French artist whose paintings and photography celebrate the natural world. Flowers sit at the heart of her work: a language, as she puts it, that transcends time and place, reflecting fragility, strength and renewal. Drawn to the imperfect, she explores transience, transformation and the quiet poetry of everyday life.

Pascale's residency at Meadow begins with a preview evening on Thursday 11 June, 5 – 9pm.

Drop in to meet her and enjoy a drink from our new Summer menu, see the work in person, and watch her practice unfold over the months ahead.
