A morning to move well, eat well and take a little time for yourself.

Meadow is joining forces with two wonderful local businesses: Refine Studio, Houghton and Richmond House Beauty,

Reset, a morning of mindful movement, restorative self-care and seasonal nourishment.

We’ll begin at Refine Studio in Houghton with an energising 45-minute Reformer Pilates class. Combining flowing movement with controlled strength work, the mixed-ability class

will focus on core stability, mobility, posture and full-body strength, leaving you feeling stronger, energised and ready for the day ahead.

From Refine, we’ll make our way to Meadow in Stockbridge, where the rest of the morning will unfold at a slower pace.

Upstairs at Meadow, Richmond House Beauty will guide you through an immersive VOYA seaweed wellness experience. You’ll enjoy a Scalp Renewal Ritual featuring VOYA’s Resurge Hair & Scalp Elixir, followed by a luxurious mini seaweed facial, harnessing the naturally restorative properties of organic seaweed to cleanse, hydrate and replenish.

Then we’ll do what we love to do at Meadow - bring everyone together around the table.

Our kitchen will prepare a beautiful seasonal Meadow lunch, full of fresh, colourful and nourishing flavours. It’s a chance to slow down, chat, connect and enjoy good food together.

And there’ll be a little something to take home too. Every guest will leave with a specially curated goody bag, so you can continue your autumn reset at home.

Join us for Tapas & Tunes on Thursday and Friday evening, or drop by the garden over the weekend.
